These Terms govern your use of ZoneIQ — SEZ Knowledge Assistant (the “Service”): the website, applications, and related tools that help you explore Special Economic Zone (SEZ) policy and investment information.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. The Service (including AI features)

ZoneIQ may include AI-assisted summaries and answers. Outputs are for general information and productivity only. They are not legal, tax, or investment advice, and may be incomplete or outdated. You should verify important decisions with qualified professionals and official sources.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that harm the Service, other users, or violate applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its branding, and its software remain our property or our licensors’. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Do not copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service except as allowed by law.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty US dollars (USD $50), if you have not paid fees.

We may modify the Service or these Terms. We will post updates here and adjust the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached or if we discontinue the Service.
