Purpose
ZoneIQ — SEZ Knowledge Assistant is built for legitimate research and decision support around Special Economic Zones. This policy keeps the platform reliable and safe for everyone.
Allowed use
You may use the Service to:
- Ask questions and review SEZ-related guidance in line with our product features;
- Share outputs internally within your organization where permitted by your role and agreements;
- Integrate with the Service only through interfaces we provide or authorize.
Prohibited use
You must not:
- Violate any law or infringe others’ rights (including privacy and intellectual property);
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
- Overload, disrupt, or probe the Service (including denial-of-service style abuse);
- Use automated means to scrape or harvest data at a scale that degrades the Service or bypasses rate limits;
- Upload malware or harmful code, or use the Service to distribute spam or deceptive content;
- Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-written official advice from regulators or governments;
- Use the Service to build competing datasets or models by systematically extracting our outputs without permission;
- Circumvent security, billing, or usage limits (including multi-account abuse).
Enforcement
We may warn, throttle, suspend, or terminate access for violations. Serious or repeated abuse may result in immediate termination. We may involve law enforcement where required.
